Terms and Conditions of Booking

PAYMENT: Payment is due within 30 days of order and must always be made prior to the date of the conference. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing 15 days before the date of the conference and will be subject to a £15 administration fee. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance. Substitutions may be made at any time but the 2 day registration is for 1 delegate only. Group bookings with discounts can not be cancelled.
