Parking:

At Olympia, there is a multistorey car park (P3) which is accessed from Maclise Road. Pedestrian access on Olympia Way leads to the Grand hall, National hall and Olympia Two entrances. Accessible parking is available at street level. The Olympia Motorail Car Park (P4) can accommodate cars, vans and lorries up to and including 7.5 tonnes


Conference:
Some 20 topics about the impact of nutrition on health will be addressed highlighting the means through which such research evidence can be integrated into clinical and general practice.


Participants:
Over both days more than 500 participants are expected.


Workshops:
Workshops will be organised during breaks. They are free to attend for people registered at the conference, however places are limited. These will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibition:
During the breaks, exhibitors from companies and health organisations can be visited.

Meet the expert sessions:
These now highly popular sessions offer delegates the chance to meet with the experts in an intimate question & answer session. These will be offered on a first come, first served basis.


Lunch:
A sandwich buffet lunch and refreshments will be served in the exhibition area and are included in the delegate fee.


Accreditation:
CPD and BDA accreditation applied for.


Conference Book:
The Conference Proceedings each year are published in the form of a conference book after the conference. On the registration form you can order your copy from this years 2007 event at a special pre-subscription price. For information on books from previous events see conference proceedings page.

In collaboration with several leading titles in the health professional trade: Doctor Magazine, Practice Nurse, Community Practitioner, Nursing Times, Practice Manager, Complete Nutrition, Dietetics Today and other similar magazines and journals. A comprehensive campaign designed to target GPs, nurses, dietitians and nutritionists, health and medical press, health information providers and pharmacists is run. Announcements are also published in other para-medical magazines and journals.

Journalists from specialised medical and health press will be invited.

Brochures are distributed during major health related conferences.

Brochures are also distributed via major colleges and associations of GPs, nurses, dietitians, nutritionists and other healthcare professionals.

Over 40,000 brochures are distributed.
